Header Pins
Place the header pins on the board exactly as shown below, turn the project over and solder them in place.

Jacks
Place the jacks into the PCB as shown below. Carefully turn the project over to solder in place. You can use the panel to make sure that the jacks all stay in place.

Potentiometer
If your pot has a tab (like the one below), make sure to trim it off before assembly.

Place the pot into the PCB as shown below, carefully turn over to solder in place. You can use the panel to make sure that the jacks all stay in place.

LEDs
Place the three LEDs into the PCB as show below. LEDs are polarized, so make sure you place the flat side the LED towards the flat side on the silkscreen. The flat side reads “LEDx”.

Attach the panel using the potentiometer nut. Press the LEDS up against the panel. Carefully turn over to solder in place.

Piezo
Take the panel off and solder the piezo mic wires to the PCB. Solder the RED connection to the “+” and the BLACK to the “-“.

Panel Soldering
Solder the piezo mic to the panel as shown in the picture below.

Final Panel Placement
Place the panel back on the project and wrap the piezo wires around the potentiometer as shown below. Attach the jack nuts, the potentiometer nut, and the black knob.

Congrats! There’s no firmware to program, and no calibration need. It’s all ready to go!
